How do you ensure the freshness of perishable goods during transit?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and gel ice packs, to ensure your products arrive in peak condition. All fresh items are shipped via express overnight delivery.
What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday arrival.
Do you offer international shipping for your gourmet products?
Currently, we ship our full range within the UK. Due to customs regulations on fresh produce, international shipping is limited to non-perishable pantry items and gift sets.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If there are any issues, contact our customer service team within 24 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
